Our company boasts two primary lines of business: trading and mine financing. In trading, we serve buyers and suppliers spanning three continents, specializing in the procurement and distribution of refined gold bars sourced from reputable dealers and refineries. Partnering with LBMA-accredited entities worldwide, we excel in efficiently financing, procuring, and supplying large volumes of gold on a CIF basis.
In the realm of mine financing and offtake arrangements, our focus currently centres on opportunities within the Indonesian market. Here, we collaborate with gold mining operators, providing either full or partial financing for their working capital needs while securing a 100% offtake agreement for the mined gold. While our primary focus remains in Indonesia, we remain open to exploring similar offtake arrangements in other countries.
Enabled by a lean management structure, we possess the agility to swiftly make and implement decisions, ensuring a rapid turnaround time. Our overarching goal is to achieve vertical integration within the gold industry, catering comprehensively to all stakeholders.

Our Founders
Anirudh Jegannathan
Founder & CEO
Anirudh Jegannathan is the Founder and CEO of Qualia Life. He has extensive experience in the areas of financial services, consulting, and trading of agricultural commodities. In 2022, he discovered opportunities in the precious metals segment. He decided to quickly pivot and capitalise on these opportunities. As a result of this decision, Qualia Life has become a precious metals trading company. Anirudh has successfully built relationships with suppliers and buyers across UAE, India, Indonesia, Madagascar, Switzerland, and Australia. With a goal of creating a global trading house with local presence, he intends to make Qualia Life a major player in the precious metals segment.
Anirudh always surrounds himself with industry veterans and experts to further his understandings on a particular sector. His council of advisors and mentors have empowered him to tackle challenging situations and has contributed to his personal and professional growth.
Anirudh was also the Founder and CEO of Credit Hive Technologies Private Limited, a fintech company based in India. He was also the co-founder and director of Nitro Chem Trading DMCC – a commodities trading company with focus on agricultural products.
Anirudh has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and management from Heriot Watt University and a master’s degree in applied psychology and economic behaviour from the University of Bath.
Mr. Jay V Jeganathan is the Co-Founder of Qualia LIfe LLC.
He is also the Founder and Board Member of Amalabh Capital Limited (ACL) – a regulated financial services company in the DIFC.
Jay has over 30 years of experience in fund & investment management. Prior to ACL, he was the Co-founder & General Partner of Evolvence India Fund (EIF), EIF was a Fund of Funds (FoF) focused on Private Equity, Real Estate and Infrastructure investments in India.
Jay had worked as a Portfolio Manager of DAMAC Investments, responsible for managing the portfolios of HNW Investors across the North America, Europe & GCC region. Portfolios included exposure to various asset classes such as PE, RE and Listed equities
Jay holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Madras University, is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI India), Cost Accountant from (ICWA India) and Information Systems Auditor (USA).
